The Exponent Telegram has converted to digital advertising and page
production. The following information is provided for the assistance of producers of ad
materials.
All conditions, deadlines and terms listed in the current Advertising Rate
Card apply.

Preferred file format for digital ad delivery is Adobe Acrobat
(.pdf) files.
Preferred internet delivery method is AP AdSend.

Recommended compression method for larger files is Stuffit 5.0
FTP pickup from your FTP server. Send access information for your
FTP server with ad order. To use our FTP, please call 1-800-982-6034, extension 463 to
discuss this delivery method.
Acceptable media for delivery
Zip disks Macintosh or PC format disk Prefer 100 MB Macintosh
format. (Files must be Macintosh compatible.)
CD-ROM formatted for Macintosh or universal CD.
3.5" Floppy Disks
Jazz Cartridges (1 MB Macintosh Format)

Adobe Acrobat files with all fonts embedded
Applications: QuarkXPress, Multi-Ad Creator, Creator II, Adobe

In the event digital files are not available, please try to provide all materials, including art or digital art files, and our ad services department will build your ad according to your layout. Normal deadlines apply.
In the event an ad must be delivered in hard copy for publication, please alert the Exponent Telegram sales representative that the ad is not digital. Veloxes or film negatives must be delivered in time to allow for approval of the materials, sizes, etc.
