DRAFTING TECHNICIAN/
PRODUCTION SUPPORT
A progressive, successful, Central WV Manufacturing facility, which is a subsidiary of a major international corporation, has an opening for a Drafting Technician.
Successful candidate will be responsible for general drafting and drawing revisions using AutoCAD 2004 software. Additional responsibilities include: running blueprints, data collection and environmental sampling. Opportunities exist where the successful candidate may be asked to use his/her skills to help solve production problems. These opportunities may include batch trials, testing, and process improvement experiments.
Educational background requires a minimum two-year technical degree with an emphasis on drafting and a minimum of 6 months AutoCad training or experience. Additional education (BSME or BSMET preferred) with experience is a plus.
