Notice is hereby given that C & M Coal Contracting, Inc., Rt. 1 box 261-Lumberport, WV 26386 has submitted an applicant with the Department of Environmental Protection 9DEP) Regional Office at 105 S. Railroad St., Suite 301-Philippi, WV 26416 for a Phase I release on Permit Number S-1001-99 Increment #NA issued for 37.56 acres on March 27, 2000. The permit is located in Clay District of Harrison County, 1.5 miles southeast of Shinnston on unnamed tributaries of Shinns Run Primiary Receiving Stream & Mudlick Run of the West Fork River of Monongahela River. C & M Coal Contracting Inc., completed regrading on April 6, 2004 and is requesting release of 60% of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $38,000.00
